Section 1
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdka1 ("bdka1", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the bdka1 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any updates or amendments that bdka1 may make from time to time.
This Agreement applies to all services offered by bdka1, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets), live casino games, video slots, crash games, table games, virtual sports, and all promotional activities. Where specific promotions or products carry their own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and are to be read alongside it.
Important Notice: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the bdka1 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
1.1 Amendments to These Terms
bdka1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated via a platform-wide notice on the bdka1 website.
1.2 Governing Language
These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation or informal summary of these Terms, the English-language version published at bdka1.net/terms-conditions shall be the authoritative and controlling version.
1.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original clause.
1.4 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary promotion-specific terms published on the bdka1 platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bdka1 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
Section 2
Age Restriction
18+ Only. Access to bdka1 is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 18 years. Registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager while under the age of 18 is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds — including deposits and any winnings — will be forfeited without exception.
2.1 Age Verification (KYC)
bdka1 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all player accounts. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — confirming that you are 18 years of age or older before any withdrawal request will be processed. bdka1 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any point where our compliance team has reasonable grounds to verify identity.
2.2 Parental Controls
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a person under 18 in your household has accessed or registered on bdka1, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including account closure and fund forfeiture, as required by our age-restriction policy. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.
2.3 Responsibility for Age Verification
While bdka1 takes every reasonable step to prevent underage access, the primary responsibility for ensuring that no person under the age of 18 accesses the platform through your account rests with you as the registered account holder. Account Registration
To access the full range of bdka1 services, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You may only hold one registered account on bdka1 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. Any deliberate misrepresentation of personal information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances held on the account.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one bdka1 account. If it is determined that you hold more than one account — regardless of the names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods used — bdka1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.
3.3 Account Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not disclose your password to any third party. bdka1 recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdka1 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bdka1 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 Account Verification Timeline
bdka1 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documentation. During periods of high volume — such as BPL season or major ICC tournaments — verification may take slightly longer. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete. You will be notified by email and on-platform notification when your account status changes.
Bangladesh Players: Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include your National Identity Card (NID), Smart NID, valid Bangladeshi passport, or a government-issued birth certificate accompanied by a utility bill showing your current address. All documents must be clearly legible and unaltered.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bdka1 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdka1 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players based in Bangladesh. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified in the Cashier section of the platform at the time of the transaction.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
bdka1 currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating banks
- International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuer approval)
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdka1 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect. bdka1 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are your responsibility.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on bdka1 is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods and ৳500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Full limits are displayed in the Cashier section when you initiate a deposit. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed by the bdka1 finance team during operational hours (BST, UTC+6). The average withdrawal processing time is under 4 hours for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have passed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is approved.
- Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise authorised by our compliance team.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all methods.
- Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
- bdka1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal of any amount if our compliance team has reasonable grounds to do so.
4.4 Declined Transactions
bdka1 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bdka1 will notify you and may request further information. Declined transactions will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
4.5 Currency and Exchange
bdka1 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for all player-facing balances, bets, and transactions. If you initiate a transaction in a currency other than BDT, your payment provider will apply their own exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees. bdka1 does not control third-party exchange rates and accepts no liability for discrepancies arising from currency conversion.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
bdka1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a bdka1 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus amount, eligible deposit methods, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirements are specified on the current Welcome Bonus promotion page. bdka1 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must bet before bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in eligible bets before the funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
bdka1 monitors all account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended.
5.4 Seasonal and BPL Promotions
bdka1 runs seasonal promotions aligned with major events in the Bangladeshi calendar — including BPL season betting challenges, Eid special reload offers, Pohela Boishakh free spin packages, and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions carry their own individual terms. Players are encouraged to review the full promotion terms before participating.
Note: Deposit bonuses and free spins awarded as part of a promotion may only be used on the games or betting markets specified in that promotion's terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.
5.5 Expiry of Bonuses
All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is specified on the relevant promotion page. bdka1 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Section 6
User Obligations
As a registered player on bdka1, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner. The following obligations are binding on all users and apply throughout the duration of your account's active status.
6.1 Lawful Use Only
You agree to use bdka1 solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any way that violates applicable Bangladeshi law or any other applicable regulation. You must not use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdka1 platform:
- Registering more than one account for the same individual.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
- Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected technical error must be reported immediately and may be voided.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer product.
- Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a betting agency function through your personal account.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the technical operation of the bdka1 platform.
- Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
6.3 Communication Standards
You agree to communicate with bdka1 staff — including customer support agents, compliance officers, and payment processing teams — in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at any bdka1 employee or agent is grounds for immediate account suspension.
6.4 Self-Reported Issues
If you become aware of a technical error, odds calculation mistake, or any other platform issue that results in an erroneous payout or bet settlement, you are obligated to notify bdka1 immediately. Failure to report and instead attempting to exploit a known error constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Section 7
Account Closure
Both you and bdka1 have the right to close your account, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Account closure does not relieve either party of obligations arising prior to the closure date, including outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawal processing, or any compliance investigation that was initiated before the closure request.
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your bdka1 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, bdka1 will process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.
7.2 bdka1-Initiated Closure
bdka1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to pass or comply with KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Evidence of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
- Multiple account registration or identity fraud.
- Bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.3.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Where an account is closed by bdka1 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bdka1 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending the outcome of any compliance investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bdka1 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be actioned within 24 hours. Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdka1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bdka1 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.1 Service Availability
bdka1 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service outages (including payment provider downtime), and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. bdka1 will not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities or game session interruptions — arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime.
8.2 Accuracy of Information
bdka1 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, game rules, promotional information, and account balance displays are accurate. In the event of a manifest technical error that results in incorrect odds being offered or incorrect winnings being credited, bdka1 reserves the right to void the affected bets and recalculate settlements at the correct rate. Winnings paid in error do not constitute a valid entitlement and may be recovered from your account balance.
8.3 Third-Party Content
The bdka1 game library includes titles provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. 8.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bdka1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or any third-party claim relating to your account activity on bdka1.
Gambling Risk Notice: Betting and casino gaming carry inherent financial risk.
